The passive infra red detectors will be  positioned at the optimum point within each room to provide coverage of the vulnerable access areas (i.e. windows and doors). If you have pets we would utilise  "pet immune" detectors.

A typical domestic control panel has 8 zones so that if you wish to expand your system you can add additional protection, i.e. a passive infra red detector in the main bedroom for example.

Remote Signalling

The system is also capable of remote signalling, whereby it can be connected to an alarm receiving centre.
If your alarm activates it will signal the alarm receiving centre via your existing telephone line,
who will then inform the police and your keyholders that your alarm has activated.
