We are not able to give an accurate quote, but we can give you a guideline, unless you have a new property and you can provide us with a floor plan, in which case we can provide a fairly accurate quotation.
It is beneficial to you as the customer to have your property expertly surveyed to ensure that all vulnerable areas are protected. We would also demonstrate the proposed security equipment, and discuss the method of protection with you. Also by surveying the property we can ascertain where the cables will be run and thus advise you on the practical elements of the installation.
Our surveyor, who is not a salesman, but a qualified engineer will give honest expert advice on the best selection of equipment to fully protect your home within your budget.
We do not provide a price at the time of the survey, but will forward your specification detailing equipment and its position, together with supporting technical literature and the accurate quotation by post, fax or e-mail.
New Properties
If you are purchasing a new property which is currently being built, we are able to provide a fairly accurate quote based upon the floor plan provided by the builder/showhome. We can still of course visit you in your current home to demonstrate the equipment whilst you are waiting for the completion of your new home, or visit the showhome with you to discuss the proposed security.
